Administrator - Production and Customer Service


Job Description


  • Enter production/order information into the ERP system
  • Track downtown, run rates, product substitutions, etc.
  • Generate production-related reports to manager and for customers as needed
  • Adjust inventory of raw materials in the system
  • Monitor packaging production schedule to meet customer requirements
  • Folow up on orders/confirmation of deliveries
  • Establish rapport with customers as primary contact
  • Resolve customer concerns/complaints
  • Create invoices, credits and bills of lading
  • Process returns, product transfers, etc.
  • File production paperwork and bills of lading
  • Inventory control, organize daily RM cycle counts and yearly physical counts

Office Support:

  • Create documentation for all procedures; update on a regular basis to ensure documentation is current
  • Cross-train back-up support for the function
  • Participate in cross-training for other functions as directed
Education RequirementPost Secondary Diploma Experience Requirement
  • 3+ years in an Administrative position - preferably in Agriculture or related industry
  • Post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in all Office Software, particularly Excel
