Job Description:

  • Proficient in both English and French languages
  • Provide exceptional telephone, front counter and email customer service
  • Effectively collect, interpret, enter and process data for sales order fulfilment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to initiate, develop and maintain positive customer rapport
  • Ability to follow procedure and take direction well while identifying and escalating issues to supervisor in a proactive manner
  • Works well under pressure both independently and as an active team member
  • Technologically literate with up to date experience with various software including Google, various search engines and POS software
  • Hours of Operation:  Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility to accommodate overtime, when necessary
Education RequirementPost Secondary Diploma Experience Requirement
  • Fluently bilingual in both French and English; spoken and written
  • Customer service and problem solving experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced and up to date proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, internet savvy
  • College, post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Quick learner with keen attention to detail and time management
  • Previous marketing experience - developing sales kits
  • Must have own transportation
  • Knowledge of Sage - Business Vision Essentials a definite asset
